Matthew Unangst, RCI Teaching Postdoc, has been awarded a 2017 Bernadotte E. Schmitt Research Grant from the American Historical Association to support research on his book manuscript, Geographies of Empire: German Colonialism, Race, and Space in East Africa 1884-1905.
