PhD Student Blair Rogers Contributes New Material

PhD student Blair Rogers contributed new material and is now the co-author, with Steven Teske, of “Cuban Refugee Crisis,” an article on the website of the Encyclopedia of Arkansas. He drew on his research into the lives of Cuban migrants detained at Fort Chafee to shed light on detainees’ religious life, sexuality, and musical culture.
