History faculty representatives will be participating in the Meet your Major Fair on September 22, 2016 in Butch’s Den, on the Lower Level of the Compton Union Building (CUB).  The Fair will begin at 1:00 p.m. and culminate at 4:00 p.m.  This event is geared toward undergraduate student recruitment and helping students identify the major they’re interested in.

At the fair, students assigned to the Major Exploration Advising Program will be required to complete a BINGO card of questions to ask the major representatives of the programs they are interested in.

This is to help guide the conversation and to encourage active participation on behalf of the students. Once an answer is received, the major representative will sign or stamp that square on the students’ bingo cards. After the students earn a “blackout” on their bingo cards, a raffle ticket will be issued, which enters students into a drawing for prizes.
