Shiloh Green Soto has been awarded the Arts & Humanities Process Grant by the WSU Office of Research to support initial work on her book project which explores the role of the real estate lobby in shaping climate risk. With this funding, she will hire a graduate student research assistant to collect and analyze official maps for patterns of historical segregation, zoning, land use, flood zones, and other geographic indicators of climate risk.
