About Dr. Bell

Dr. Brett Bell began teaching at WSU – Tri-Cities in 2015. He earned his PhD from WSU (2015), MA from the University of Alabama (2009), and BA with Honors from UC Davis (2006).

Bell’s historical interests include the history of warfare and slavery. His research examines the United States and Mexico in the nineteenth century, focusing specifically on the war fought between these countries from 1846-1848.
